Professional Mediation Services
With her practical and applied experience, Karen has served over 25 years as a corporate executive problem solving difficult situations between parties in conflict. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina along with a Bachelors from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Karen’s mediator credentials include coursework meeting the requirements set forth by the State of Texas in the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, section 154.052, in addition to the standards of the Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable and the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association. Additionally, she has also completed rigorous coursework from the National Association of Certified Mediators, the largest professional certification association in the world for mediators.
